TrueLine Surgical provides digital surgical guide STL file design services for licensed dental and medical professionals. We deliver digital files only — no physical products are shipped.
Our services are intended exclusively for licensed dental professionals, oral surgeons, and maxillofacial surgeons. By placing an order, you confirm that you hold the appropriate professional licenses required in your jurisdiction.
TrueLine Surgical is not a medical device manufacturer. Surgical guides are clinical decision-support tools; the ultimate responsibility for surgical decisions and outcomes rests with the treating clinician. Guides are designed based on the data you provide; the accuracy and completeness of that data is your responsibility. Clinical outcomes depend on patient anatomy, bone quality, surgeon experience, and other factors.
All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. Once payment is confirmed, work will commence within 1 business day.
Each order includes unlimited revisions until you approve the plan. Once you give approval and the guide is finalized, subsequent revision requests may be subject to additional fees.
Due to the custom digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be issued.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered STL files for clinical purposes. TrueLine Surgical retains the right to use anonymized case data for quality improvement purposes.
All patient data shared with TrueLine Surgical is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your order. We do not share patient data with third parties.
TrueLine Surgical's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
