By accessing or using TrueLine Surgical's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TrueLine Surgical provides digital surgical guide STL file design services for licensed dental and medical professionals. We deliver digital files only — no physical products are shipped.
Our services are intended exclusively for licensed dental professionals, oral surgeons, and maxillofacial surgeons. By placing an order, you confirm that you hold the appropriate professional licenses required in your jurisdiction. TrueLine Surgical designs guides based on the data you provide and is not responsible for clinical outcomes.
All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. Once payment is confirmed, work will commence within 1 business day.
Each order includes one round of revisions at no extra charge, provided the revision request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
Due to the custom digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be issued.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered STL files for clinical purposes. TrueLine Surgical retains the right to use anonymized case data for quality improvement purposes.
All patient data shared with TrueLine Surgical is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your order. We do not share patient data with third parties.
TrueLine Surgical's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
