This case demonstrates a mandibular body resection with immediate reconstruction using a 3D-printed cutting guide. The guide was designed to achieve precise osteotomy margins based on CBCT data, ensuring accurate tumor removal while preserving vital structures.

The surgical workflow includes preoperative marking, guide-assisted piezoelectric osteotomy, defect management, and reconstruction plate fixation — all guided by custom-designed 3D-printed templates.
